Work with a Fixed HCG Approved Sample Diet

Eat well and lose weight! Nice philosophy, right? Well...with HCG it's a finally a reality. And if you're careful with how you incorporate your foods you won't even feel deprived.
Try this sample diet plan:
Day One:
Just have tea for breakfast. If you want to sweeten it stick to Stevia. For lunch have cottage cheese (low fat variety, of course) with fresh, cut strawberries. Add 2 Melba Toasts to your lunch to incorporate your starch and then have a raw vegetable for snack mid afternoon. For dinner have grilled chicken (be careful which seasonings you use...no carbs allowed!) Have steamed cabbage on the side with your Melba Toast and add half a grapefruit to finish it off.
Day Two:
For breakfast on day two go ahead and have half a grape fruit. Make sure to sweeten it with Stevia and add a flavored herbal tea to the morning, as well. When it's time for lunch have the other half of your grapefruit. Grill some chicken with onions and celery and peppers along with appropriate seasonings. Let it cool for a minute and then shred the chicken. Take lettuce leaves and use the chicken/veggie mixture to create a lettuce wrap. And don't forget to add in your 2 Melba Toasts They can serve as "chips" to scoop up any left over chicken mixture. For dinner go ahead and have some grilled fish. Roast some asparagus in the oven and add your 2 Melba Toasts to the plate, as well. Tonight go ahead and have an after dinner snack. An apple will be perfect.
Day Three:
Herbal tea combined with an apple makes a great breakfast. Right after breakfast you'll start preparing your dinner. Put a very lean roast in the crockpot so it has all day to cook slowly. With your roast you'll put onions and celery and your choice of appropriate seasonings (check your HCG Diet Direct Shopping Guide for specifics). Lunch will be fabulous and spicy chili. Pull the recipe from your HCG cookbook. It's a favorite. Add a little extra chili powder if you like it REALLY spicy. Eat it in combination with your Melba Toasts. It's a very filling meal. At dinner time your roast will be perfect. Enjoy it. After dinner have a warm cinnamon apple for dessert.
Planning your meals thoroughly and keeping them simple makes sticking to the required meal plan easy. Discover a few recipes that you love and stick to them. The diet is short so you don't have to feel like you're limiting yourself for an extended period of time. So make sure you find a few things that make you feel full, a few things that make you feel absolutely indulged...and you'll find it easier than you expect to successfully drop your extra weight with HCG.
